An article in Economic Times quotes the COO Ganesh Subramanian saying that the main aim of going offline with the stores is to promote the brands that are available within the website.
Myntra recently introduced clothes for plus size women and now is also looking at introducing ranges for plus size men later this year.
This is an interesting move between online and offline integration of branding. This makes us rethink the opportunities and the importance of physical store in Indian market in spite of having online stores.
